Friday night at 7:00 a great double bill at Common Ground Coffeehouse at Harbor Church: singer songwriter Carrie Johnson of Hartford who can blast it out like Heart and get mellow like Sarah McLachlan, who toured with her sister as 22 Brides; followed by Mark Cutler, a member of the RI Music Hall of Fame, who led the Schemers (79-87) and was thought of as RI's answer to Jagger, then the Raindogs, who toured with national bands and Dylan, who has recently done solo recordings and played in a more rootsy/alt-country vein with Mark Cutler and the Men of Great Courage. Plus Mark and Kelly had a wedding at Harbor Church and danced on our porch (still seen on his Facebook page!) This will be fun!
