NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Planning Board will be in session at the Town Hall Old Town Road on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. for its regular monthly meeting.  All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following application:
1.    Block Island Housing Board. Plat 14, Lot 55. Public Informational Hearing for Master Plan Stage of a Major Subdivision for a subdivision named Cherry Hill Lane. The property is located off Cooneymus Road.

The New Shoreham School Committee, at its meeting held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, approved the posting of Policy DDB: Energy Conservation for the required 20-day period prior to adoption. Copies are available for community perusal during normal business hours at the Island Free Library, the Block Island School, and on the school’s web site (blockislandschool.net).

1 ½ yard Smith stainless sand/salt spreader electric spread Pickup Sander Series II .  Please call the Highway Superintendent at (401) 466-3203 for specifications.  Must be removed within seven days of bid acceptance.
Minimum bid is $200.00.
Bids will be received in the Office of the Town Manager until 1:00 p.m. (Local Time) on February 13, 2017 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  
The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
