    •    Discuss and act on Extension of Settlement Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and Rental Moped Operators

    •    Receive and act on appeal of denial of August 25, 2017 Special Event License at Karen Hediger property off center Road at Plat 16, Lot 10  
    •    Receive and act on Block Island Health Services request to reappropriate capital funds for Medical Center solar array
    •    Receive and act on request of Ballards Oil Company for Special Temporary Permit for above-ground fuel storage tank on Plat 17, Lot 38
    •    Block Island Board of Utility District Commissioners Election: Discuss status of Town accounts with regard to BIPCo’s determination of ballot allocation and act to designate “qualified elector” to vote the Town’s ballot
