The Public Utilities Commission announced Wednesday that a second public hearing on the Power Purchase Agreement between Deepwater Wind and National Grid will take place on Block Island Friday, March 26, 10:30 a.m. at Town Hall. This will be an opportunity for residents to weigh in on the proposed project. State Sen. Susan Sosnowski and Rep. Donna Walsh are expected to attend.
