Common Ground Summer Concert Series

Block Island's own Mac Brown will debut original songs from his debut album, “Wings,” on Friday, July 19 at Harbor Church 7:30 p.m. Don't miss this performance!

The Nature Conservancy & Block Island Conservancy

The TNC and BIC co-sponsor free, guided nature programs on Block Island throughout the year. Together, they offer many different ways to connect to the fields, marshes, and beaches that make the island so exceptional. Check out the advertisement on page . Block Island Historical Society Event

Saturday, July 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Manissean Tribal Council Cultural History Day, under the tent at the Historical Society.

Dodge Street Nightmarket

Open every Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Andrew Parish Center, Spring Street, lower level and barn. Good clean used clothing, shoes, and hats at great prices! Accepting donations throughout the summer at the drop-off box at the Parish Center. Please no household items.

Book Signing at Island Bound Bookstore

Author Larry Smith will appear on Saturday, July 20 at 5 p.m., to read from and sign copies of his book, “Hidden Hearts; The Peterborough Letters.” The letters offer a fascinating glimpse into a world long gone. The public is invited.

Farmers Market

Farmers Markets will be on Wednesdays, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at The Spring House and Saturdays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Legion Park throughout the summer.

55th Annual Barbershop Quartet Concert
