A free-flowing discussion
There has been a lot of murmuring and chattering over the years about the traffic flow, if that is what it can be called, on Weldon’s Way during the summer months.
Some people find the traffic — a European-style mix of cars, trucks, bikes, mopeds, and people — infuriating, others simply don’t mind it. Some people think it’s a safety hazard, others simply avoid it and find another route to their destination.
The Town Council is providing a platform to discuss this issue on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 4 p.m. during a work session at Town Hall.
This is a perfect opportunity to get this issue on the record, which should be taken advantage of. The discussion will then help the town decide whether the traffic flow ought to be changed, or whether the busy-ness can continue.
