NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session on August 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for a regular meeting at Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.
Of hearings on an applications for Variances, Special Use Permits an Appeals under the Zoning Ordinance. All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following Applications under the New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance:
1. BI Harborview Partners II, LLC. Plat 4, Lot 29. Fire # 638 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Sections 113(C) and 306(C) to demolish existing kitchen and construction of a 28’x 40’ addition to the single-family dwelling.

Sealed Bids will be received at the Administration Office of Interstate Navigation Company, 316 Great Island Road, Narragansett RI 02882 until 2 p.m. October 1, 2021.

Additional information and full specifications may be downloaded via Block Island Ferry web site “www.blockislandferry.com”.

Hard copies of the project plans can be viewed and obtained for a printing fee at the Block Island Ferry Freight Office, 304 Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI 02882.
This Project is funded by R.I. Federal Aid Project No. FBD-REG T(021) and will require all federal rules and wage guidelines.
