Monday: Mac and cheese (with pureed sweet potatoes), roasted chick peas and honey carrots. Soup: Fish chowder
Tuesday: Whole wheat pancakes with berry maple sauce, and cocoa-banana-tofu pudding. Soup: Chicken noodle
Wednesday: Chicken with mild sesame tomato sauce over brown rice with vegetables. Soup: Indonesian butternut
Thursday: Meatloaf with roasted potatoes and veggies. Soup: Corn chowder
Friday: All-beef hot dog on roll with bean chili and raw veggies. Soup: TBA
Alternative meals: Cheese quesadilla, or spinach taco, or sunflower butter and grape jelly sandwich. All with soup of the day.
Available with all meals: Soup, fresh fruit, drinks, chips, ice cream, and milk.
