Nell Barnicoat and Kevin Ernst of Block Island are delighted to announce the birth of their son, Noble Rhodes Ernst.

Noble arrived at 7:43 a.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at South County Hospital, Wakefield, R.I. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20-1/2 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Alfred and Robin Barnicoat of Warwick R.I. Paternal grandparents are Kathy and the late Alvin Ernst of Block Island.
