The Town of New Shoreham Planning Board will be in session for a meeting on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

  1.  Annual meeting schedule – revised 
  2.  Island Enterprises, Inc. Recommendation to the Town Council on a request to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 407 in the RC/M zone. 
  3.  Pursuant to New Shoreham Revised Ordnance, Section 9-200, Permits to Conduct Activities in the Great Salt Pond. Act on a Request for an Advisory Opinion by the Town Manager, dated February 6,   2018 regarding a proposal to construct a dinghy dock. Plat 5, Lot 67.
