NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Planning Board will be in session at the Town Hall on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. for its regular monthly meeting. All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following application:
• Gaffett, Lewis. Plat 6, Lot 3-3. Public Hearing for an Application for Development Plan Review for the construction of a Commercial Use Structure.
• Town of New Shoreham/Block Island Health Services. Plat 10, Lot 2. Public Hearing for an Application for Development Plan Review for the installation of solar panels on the roof of the Medical Center building. The property is located in the Medical Center Zone.
The New Shoreham School Committee, at its meeting held on Monday, June 19, 2017, approved the posting of the following policies for the required 20-day period prior to adoption:
