The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a regular meeting on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Old Town Road.
THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER
Applications:
1. Fischburg, Kimberly. Plat 15 Lot 5-1. Application for a Variance from Section 306 (C) for construction of a deck.
Hearings:
1. Townsend, Charles and Jill. Plat 4, Lot 75-3. Application for a Variance from Section 306 (C) for construction of an accessory structure.
2. Law. Ann. Plat 6, Lot 136. Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 311(E), 314 and 408 for expansion of an existing Inn.

ZONING MODIFICATION REQUEST
Devol, David & Betty.  Plat 9, Lot 21.
Zoning Modification request is to construct a new ramp for accessibility into the existing Single Family Dwelling and construct a new eight foot by eighteen foot (8’x18’) exterior deck addition onto the existing Accessory Residential Structure.  The new ramp will be located thirty nine (39’) feet from the western property line of Lot 21.  The exterior deck addition will be located forty four (44’) feet from the southern property line of Lot 21.  A fifty (50’) foot setback is required from all property lines in the Residential A (RA) Zoning District.  If no written objections are received by directly abutting property owners to Lot 21 by 8 December 2014 the Modification will be granted.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session at the Town Hall, Old Town Road on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 5:00 PM for a regular meeting.  
All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following applications under the Zoning Ordinances:
1. Townsend, Charles and Jill. Plat 4, Lot 75-3. Application for a Variance from Section 306 (C) for construction of an accessory structure.
2. Law. Ann. Plat 6, Lot 136. Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 311(E), 314 and 408 for expansion of an existing Inn.

Zoning Modification request is to construct a new 26’ x 36’ accessory structure; a two car garage with storage area on the second level, which will be located thirty seven feet six inches (37’6”) from the southern property line of lot 31-1.  A fifty (50’) foot setback is required from all property lines in the Residential A (RA) Zoning District.  If no written objections are received by directly abutting property owners to Lot 21 by 21 December 2014 the Modification will be granted.
