1. Set Public Hearing Date for Planning Board request for Amendment to New Shoreham Comprehensive Plan, changing the Future Land Use Map designation for Plat 18 Lot 2-3 from low-density residential to medium-density residential
2. Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance II of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted May 27, 2020” as amended, pertaining to communal housing and other issues during the COVID-19 pandemic
